This legendary venue, home to the Knicks and other major teams, was honored by Kith and Fieg with a New Balance 990v6 Made in USA collaboration that celebrated both the Knicks and Rangers. Now, expanding on this MSG theme, Kith and New Balance are set to release the 991v2 Made in UK Madison Square Garden, further solidifying their partnership and deepening the connection to New York's sports culture.
As of this writing, no images of Kith’s upcoming New Balance 991v2 Made in UK Madison Square Garden have emerged. However, Sole Retriever can confirm that the color palette includes shades such as Antarctica, ancient scroll, Castlerock, and scarlet ibis. These hues may evoke the rich history and vibrant energy of MSG, potentially paying homage to one of the teams associated with the venue. The model will feature premium materials consistent with Kith and New Balance's standards, with Made in UK craftsmanship ensuring top-tier quality.
It is also possible, but not confirmed, that a second pair will be available as many Kith collaborations with New Balance feature a globally available pair exclusive to the retailer.
The Kith x New Balance 991v2 Made in UK Madison Square Garden will release on November 29, 2024, through New Balance, with an earlier release via Kith likely to take place.
