Takedown models from Jordan Brand aren’t typically hits in the eyes of sneakerheads. However, the Jordan 4 RM, a low-top remastered version of the Air Jordan 4, has found moderate success in this niche but has become a hit amongst the general public. Alongside a slew of OG-adjacent pairs, like the White Varsity Red and Bred colorways, Jordan Brand has a new take on the sneaker, this time in Vintage Purple.
Coming in a Grimace-esque purple hue, the silhouette features its typical construction: suede, canvas mesh, and TPU. Deep vintage purple shades wrap around the suede mudguard and heel overlay, while a tonal purple shade is applied to the TPU midfoot cage. This cage also makes up the Nike Air-branded heel tab, which features more tonal purple hues. On the base sits a canvas mesh, visible on the toe and around the eyelets.

The suede on the vamp contrasts with the purple canvas used on the tongue and the cotton lace set. Final branding details on the upper include the Jumpman logo embroidered on the suede tongue patch and a mini Jumpman logo on the lateral heel. Underfoot sits an Air Jordan 4 midsole in a tonal purple finish and a tonal rubber outsole.
The Air Jordan 4 RM Vintage Purple will release in Fall 2025 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is $150.
