After introducing us to the Air Jordan 4 RM with a collaborative two-pack of colorways via Nigel Sylvester, Jordan Brand has taken the silhouette for a journey across the AJ 4’s most popular makeups. Not only have these included modern favorites like Black Cat and Pine Green renditions, but OG classics like the Bred and Fire Red. Adding to the list of OG-adjacent colorways is a new White Varsity Red color scheme.
The lack of black details and the use of varsity red makes the connection to the original Fire Red AJ 4 a bit more of a stretch, but as mentioned before, a Fire Red iteration did appear ahead of this white-based pair. The sneaker opts for a white and grey color scheme on its upper, coating the mudguard, vamps, and Jumpman-branded tongue tag in grey suede. Below this is a white woven knit, complementing the tonal lace set, tongue, and TPU cage, the latter extending back to create the Nike Air-laden heel tab.
