So far this year, Jordan’s annual Dia de los Muertos collection has rolled out a skate-inspired Session colorway and a Jordan 1 Low decked out in light blue and pink, but it still felt like something was missing. Now, with the addition of a Somos Eternos Jordan 4, the Jumpman is ready to celebrate the holiday in style.
The Air Jordan 4 Retro Somos Eternos is a mix of cream colors with an upper blending soft pearl and light bone tones. The toe features crisp off-white leather before giving way to a pale, nearly yellow upper covered in all-over print, ornate graphics flowing with curved gold lines. The only color is added with hits of jade green on the midsole and lace guards. Like the rest of the Somos Eternos pack, the tongue features a Mexican-themed sun graphic, this time in gold.

Dia de los Muertos is the Fall celebration of loved ones who have passed, and is one of the most important holidays of the year in Mexico. Sneaker brands have been celebrating the holiday for years with packs of skull-themed shoes, and this year, in addition to the Somos Eternos Jordan pack, adidas showed out with a pastry-inspired pan de muerto pack.
