KAWS is a godfather of New York street art and streetwear. The man behind the brand Original Fake and countless reimagined bus stop ads, KAWS is best known to modern sneakerheads for his two-pair Air Jordan 4 Retro collab pack from 2017. Now, 10 years later, the collab is back with even more grey.
Arriving on the Jordan calendar this week with plans for a drop next summer, the news comes with a color code and a release season, but no photos to match quite yet. According to @brandon1an and @SneakerMarketRO, the pair will arrive in a monochrome coat of Dark Grey with a hefty price tag to match the collab’s decade-long hype.
The KAWS x Air Jordan 4 Retro dropped in grey and black suede 10 years ago (yes, that’s right, an entire decade has passed since 2017), and it looks like the new pair will be a pretty close match, splitting the difference in a new shade of grey. We’re not sure if the new collab will also be covered in suede, but for the price, we’re guessing it will be a perfect match.
The KAWS x Air Jordan 4 Retro Dark Grey will be released Summer 2027, through Nike and select Jordan retailers in-store and online. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $500. To keep up with all the latest Jordan collab news and drop info, download the Sole Retriever mobile app.
