For a while, it felt like we were only going to get monochrome colorways of the Converse Shai 001. Now, following a championship banner-themed gold and white PE, we’ve got an early look at something new from SGA coming down the chimney for the holidays, combining red and green for a Christmas theme.
The Converse Shai 001 Winter Red was leaked in a social media post from user @garrettjohn_, who showed off the yuletide colorway in a few quick photos. Starting with a bright red upper, the Santa suit color covers every sleek panel. The two-tone green accents come in on the zipper, tongue logo, and outsole logos, transforming the shoe into a Christmas present that you get to zip open and shut every time you put them on.
