Either way, the OKC MVP is ready to shake things up with his signature sneaker, switching from the Star to the Swoosh for the new NBA season. Before the branding flips, though, Converse still has starred pairs of the Shai 001 to drop.
Going Ghost
The Converse Shai 001 Ghosted Dream Yellow is a perfect fit for Shai’s upcoming Converse disappearing act, bringing a Casper-colored upper with dreamy yellow accents on the guts. Neither Shai nor Converse has given a full explanation for the brand switch, but it has amped up rumors that Nike has plans to drop Converse from its portfolio altogether.
