If you thought the 12 pairs we’ve already seen from the upcoming Pokémon x adidas 30th anniversary collection were a complete set, you haven’t seen anything yet. Just like Pokémon continues to add new monsters to the ever-expanding universe, The Three Stripes is adding new pairs to the pack with even more character-themed colorways.
The Pokémon x adidas ZX 500 Rayquaza is the third pair from the anniversary collection made for the green dragon Pokémon. First, the initial 12-pair pack showed off a scaly Megaride colorway with a sleek green upper and wings at the heel, and now, Rayquaza serves as inspiration for a ZX 500 retro runner with green hairy suede and scales on the Three Stripes side panel logo.

Starting with shaggy green suede on the toe, the lace panel and heel switch to a shorter suede in the same color, with green leather on the side panel behind the green scales and red border of the Three Stripes branding. Pokémon tongue tags with Rayquaza graphics complete the look and make the collab influence as clear as possible.
The Pokémon x adidas ZX 500 Rayquaza will be released September 2026 through adidas and select retailers in-store and online. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $100. To keep up with all the latest Pokémon x adidas news and drop info, download the Sole Retriever App.
