In July, Cleveland Cavaliers star Donovan Mitchell is set to debut his seventh signature sneaker, the adidas DON Issue 7. Since we broke the news in October 2024, various colorways have surfaced, showcasing that adidas is fully invested in the silhouette. After seeing a Bruce Lee-themed pair, a special edition colorway tied to the 2026 NBA All-Star festivities has surfaced.
The adidas DON Issue 7 All-Star has been made and planned in advance, as Mitchell should be a shoo-in for making the 2026 All-Star team. With the festivities in Los Angeles, The Three Stripes gives the DON Issue 7 a tropical makeover. The pair comes in a core black, lucid orange, and silver metallic colorway.
Featuring a multi-color gradient-like design throughout the upper, shades of blues and purples blend seamlessly with oranges and pinks. The zippered shroud comes in black, housing a black bootie underneath. Mitchell's spider logo is present on the tongue in silver, on the insoles in orange, and on the bottom of the outsole in black.
