Young Thug’s SP5DER Will Launch Two adidas Superstars in 2026

Young Thug’s public perception post-prison has gone south recently. The Atlanta rapper, who was in custody for over 900 days and part of the longest RICO case in Georgia state history, is currently dealing with a series of leaked phone calls that have made the hip-hop community rethink their opinion on Jeffery. While the court of public opinion regarding Thug’s status in hip-hop is still in session, Sole Retriever can confirm that his streetwear brand SP5DER will launch two adidas Superstar colorways in Spring 2026.
Founded in 2019, SP5DER has exploded in popularity in the streetwear scene. The brand is primarily known for its hoodies and sweatpants, which feature 3D embroidered designs of spider webs and the brand’s name “SP5DER” in a somewhat similar fashion to a Cactus Plant Flea Market piece. The label has worked with Drake’s NOCTA label, Travis Scott, and others in the streetwear community.
As for what the SP5DER x adidas Superstars will look like, we only have color codes to go off of. One pair is listed as supplier colour, core black, and silver metallic, while the other is core black, core black, and supplier colour. It’s tough to make out exactly what the pair could look like color-wise, but expect to see co-branded SP5DER details throughout the design.
This year has been a reset for the adidas Superstar line as The Three Stripes has been looking to bring renewed energy to the 55-year-old sneaker. Multiple collaborations, special city editions, and ad campaigns for the silhouette have been frequent, with this extending into 2026. Alongside SP5DER, streetwear prodigy HELLSTAR is working on the model.
The SP5DER x adidas Superstar Pack will be released Spring 2026 through adidas, SP5DER, and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $150.
