You know Nike had to bring the World Cup Cryoshot collection home, right? After debuting the new line that encases retro soccer cleats in a clear street-ready outsole, The Swoosh took the technology around the world with the help of its favorite collaborators. Now, the project is heading back to the States for a US National Soccer Team collab from Virgil Abloh Archives.

The Virgil Abloh Archives x USA Soccer x Nike Football Collection debuted in an animated commercial starring soccer legend Mia Hamm, rapper Travis Scott, a bald eagle, a dog, a dragon, a boat race, and of course, the stars and stripes waving high in the cartoon sky. We’ve also seen a preview of the triple-collab Cryoshot pair in quilted white leather with VAA “AIR” branding and a red zip tie.
Beyond the VAA x Team USA collection, Nike is celebrating the Cryoshot debut with World Cup-themed partnerships with Patta and the Netherlands, Slawn and Nigeria, NOCTA and Canada, PEACEMINUSONE and Korea, and Palace and England. Do you have a favorite collab country from the collection?
