Victor Wembanyama arrived at Game 4 in a F&F Victor Victor x Nike Air Force 1 ‘01

The San Antonio Spurs choked away Game 4 of the NBA Finals on Wednesday night, giving away a massive halftime lead as the Knicks secured a 3-1 series lead with the biggest comeback in Finals history. Before the MSG mayhem erupted, though, Victor Wembanyama stepped into the Garden in style with another nod to a famous New Yorker.

During his tunnel entrance, Wemby wore a new friends and family exclusive pair of Victor Victor x Nike Air Force 1 ‘01s coated in yellow leather. The pre-game footwear follows the Alien’s debut of the black leather Victor Victor Forces ahead of Game 3, but this time, the collab didn’t bring as much luck at the buzzer.

We’ve only seen the pair in a few preview images, but luckily, Wemby’s feet are huge, so the on-foot pictures give us a pretty clear look at the colorway. Featuring the same narrow toebox and athletic fit that was standard on Forces 25 years ago, the pair is a monochrome sunshine yellow leather masterpiece with Victor Victor’s dog head logo on the heel, white accents on the Swoosh and midsole, and a black outsole underfoot.
