What a start to 2026. There’s always a lull in the first few weeks of the new year, but once we enter February, brands slam their foot on the gas pedal and swarm us with releases. NBA All-Star is playing a major factor in this, but we’re also looking forward to a three-way project between streetwear veterans Union LA and fragment design and Jordan Brand on three colorways of the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG. We just got some great shots of the Sport Royal and the Chicago Royal pairs, alongside a first look at the accompanying apparel, but there is finally some concrete release information regarding the elusive White Black colorway.
Months back, rumors swirled that the fragment design x Union LA x Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG White Black was going to remain a Japanese exclusive, only releasing via fragment in the brand’s home country. However, Ricardo Campa of the Mexican streetwear brand and retail shop HEADQUARTER took to his Instagram story to post a short teaser video of the pair that features a store list for the pair.

Alongside a display of the tooling code used on the silhouette and a quick look at the sneaker itself, the video shows a list of only five stores across the globe. Of course, Mexico City’s HEADQUARTER is included here, but other locations include Undefeated in New York City, fragment in Tokyo, Japan, Starcow in Paris, France, and Kasina in Seoul, South Korea.
The fragment design x Union LA x Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG White Black is expected to be released exclusively at these five aforementioned retailers in February 2026. While we await an exact release date for the sneaker, download the Sole Retriever mobile app. We’ll be keeping track of all release info regarding fragment design and Union’s triple collab and will alert you as soon as more info comes to light.
