As we get closer to the end of the NBA Finals, with the New York Knicks close to breaking a decades-long championship drought, it's got us thinking back to some of the best players to ever step on an NBA floor who never won a ring. Of course, there’s Charles Barkley and Allen Iverson, but close to the top of the list is one of our all-time favorites, Vince Carter.

Despite his aversion to ring chasing, Carter’s legacy stands the test of time, due at least in some part to his performance on the gold medal-winning 2000 USA Olympic team. During the tournament, Carter would take the court in the white and blue Shox BB4, taking off for one of the most memorable dunks in basketball history in the sneaker.
