Over the past few months, we've seen several Swoosh silhouettes get the "Tartan" treatment. From the Air Jordan 1 Mid to the Dunk Low, the Beaverton sportswear company has been applying the plaid pattern on a vast selection of sneakers, and now, they're adding another one to the ever-growing collection with the aptly-named Nike Blazer Mid "Tartan," so make sure you check it out now, literally.
From the front, the Blazer Mid looks like just another classic colorway. Crafted from a black leather construction that's soft and smooth to the touch, a contrast pale ivory Swoosh glides across the lateral and medial side panels for a look that is sure to turn heads wherever you go. Woven flat laces tie everything together and additional Nike branding features on the tongue tag, but that's where the business ends, and the party begins. Around the back, the heel has been completely done up in a stadium green tartan pattern. Crafted from canvas, it's decorated with red and black lines and squares for a look that is sure to turn heads wherever you go.
The Nike Blazer Mid Tartan Black is set to release this Holiday 2022 alongside a Blazer Low and a whole slew of other silhouettes. Dropping at Nike and select stockists online and in-store, they'll be available in men's sizes with a retail price yet TBA.
