As we’re heading into the final stages of 2022, releases for the next calendar year have begun to pop up across the board, from Jordan Brand’s Summer 2023 lineup to a variety of offerings via Nike Sportswear and more. Once again, however, we’re here to discuss yet another Nike Dunk colorway that will hit shelves in 2023. Coming to us in a premium construction with Tartan patterns is the Nike Dunk Low “Plaid.”
Switching up the usual two-tone design we’ve come to expect from the silhouette, this Dunk Low offering brings us to the land of Scotland through its Tartan plaid print found on various overlays. While the mudguard and heel come in a standard green, black, and red makeup, the eyestay opts for a more neutral grey pattern, accenting the stark white leather found on the toebox, midfoot, and collar. More colorless details come via the lace and tongue combo, though the Nike branded tag up top gets covered in black and red. Along the midfoot, a black leather Swoosh runs back to the heel tab that is found in the same shade with red Nike embroidery bursting off the panel. Rounding out the design is the white Dunk midsole paired with a light silver rubber outsole.
The Nike Dunk Low Premium Plaid is set to release in January 2023 through Nike and select NSW retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $120.
