Color is back. Okay, sure, we haven’t exactly been living in a black and white world (if you haven’t seen the 1998 movie Pleasantville, go watch that), but the grown-up version of streetwear’s recent past was certainly more muted than its garish origins. As we get back to the 20-year fashion cycle stop at streetwear’s early heyday, though, the culture is ready to bring back heavy pops of bright color, and there’s no better place to channel that trend than Nike’s Foamposite line.
The Nike Air Foamposite Pro Gym Red is the latest iteration of the Foam line to see a retro redux, joining the debut Voltage colorway of the silhouette for a spring release. The first drop of the shoe since its 2015 Red October knockdown debut, the Gym Red Foam Pro is back at the perfect time, joining modern Foamposite-inspired silhouettes like the GT Future for a new generation of sneakerheads.

The Nike Air Foamposite Pro Gym Red will be released May 29, 2026 through Nike and select retailers in-store and online. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $240. For all the latest Nike Foamposite news and drop info, download the Sole Retriever App.
