It’s time for a new generation to fall in love with Foams. After years of low-top lifestyle obsession and endless dad shoes, basketball shoes are once again making their way off the court. Sparked by new models like the GT Future and GT Cut 4, the hoop shoe revival is also helped by timely retros of modern classics like the Foamposite line and the Huarache 2K4.

The latest Nike Foamposite Pro retro to pop up with new pre-release images is the Gym Red colorway from 2015, or as it was known back then, the poor man’s Air Yeezy 2 Red October. Taking the monochrome Gym Red upper and adding hits of reptile skin and carbon fiber, the Foamposite Pro is back for the first time since its OG drop 11 years ago.
