New Balance Tennis Preps US Open Collection Featuring Coco Gauff’s Signature Sneaker

While Coco Gauff had an unfortunate early exit from Wimbledon, she’s had a monster year otherwise. The 21-year-old tennis superstar won the French Open, debuted an all-new sneaker, the New Balance Coco Delray, named after her hometown, and even has an upcoming collaboration with Miu Miu and New Balance in the works. Ahead of the US Open later this month, New Balance Tennis has unveiled a full collection of sneakers to coincide with the tournament.
Headlining the collection are Coco’s signature models, the Coco CG2 and Coco Delray. The CG2 comes coated in a mixture of urgent red and monarch burgundy hues, taking direct inspiration from the kit and sneakers she wore when she won her first Grand Slam in New York in 2023. Alongside this, her Coco Delray is done in two colorways, one for men (bisque and monarch burgundy) and another for the ladies (bisque and urgent red).
As for the non-signature sneakers in the collection, New Balance Tennis has two all-new colorways of the Fresh Foam X CT-Rally v2: a Sea Salt Lime Leaf for the ladies and a Lime Leaf Sea Salt for the men. The men’s pair is primarily lime green, accented by metallic green details on the N logo, tongue tag, and heel. For the ladies, this is inverted, as the lime hue accents the sea salt upper.
Compared to the v1, the CT-Rally v2 features an entirely new design from top to bottom, including a breathable mesh upper, larger heel clip, and an external shank for torsional stability. Finishing the collection is the FuelCell 996v6 as the low-top shoe is done in new spruce and white, with the upper primarily bathed in the greenish spruce hue.
The New Balance Tennis US Open Collection will release on August 15, 2025 (about a week out from the actual tournament) through New Balance and select retailers online and in-store.
