New Balance has successfully resurrected the 550 silhouette and made it the quintessential normcore sneaker that everyone seems to be wearing. On the heels of their Conversations Amongst Us project that included the 550, NB is set to drop a White and Grey iteration of the 550.
Keeping things simple, the New Balance 550 White and Grey sports a predominantly white leather upper. Hits of grey cover the nylon collar of the sneaker, the New Balance "N" adorning the shoe's side panels, and the classic 550 tag that sits atop a white mesh tongue. Moving on down the sneaker, this 550 dons the classic white midsole with NB and New Balance branding inscribed on it. Tying things all together is a rubber two-tone non-marking outsole in a dark charcoal and light grey.
