Last night’s Super Bowl was a win for the Seattle Seahawks and their fans, but beyond that, the night was a spotlight on the reggaeton genre and the global dominance of Latin pop. Beyond Bad Bunny’s show-stopping halftime performance, more Latin pop emisaries were on hand for the game in San Francisco, including Bad Bunny collaborator J. Balvin, who was photographed in a suite at Levi’s Stadium wearing a never-before-seen Air Jordan 4 collab colorway.
Balvin has had a fruitful partnership with Jordan for years, and the latest collaboration between the two is taking on the Air Jordan 4. After getting a look at a sample of the color-blocking scheme on stage in Colombia last year, the latest pair that Balvin put on features similar blocking with a different set of colors.
This time around, the colorway keeps the same shades of pink, brown, and more, but starts with pink on the toe, adds brown to the toebox, and continues with a mix of gold, red, and olive green on the back half of the shoe. The laces are pale yellow with cream on the netting and midsole.
So far, the only info we have about the upcoming J. Balvin x Air Jordan 4 is that one colorway will be released Fall 2026. Exactly what it will look like is a mystery, as the color code is listed as “Lemonade/Lemonade,” meaning this pair and the previously seen one could be samples, friends-and-family pairs, or even the retail version.
