Edison Chen and his CLOT label have been a leading force in bringing his Hong Kong heritage to American streetwear, combining Chinese culture with a global love for sneakers and fashion. It only makes sense then that CLOT’s ongoing adidas partnership joins the stampede of Lunar New Year-themed sneakers set to drop in celebration of the upcoming Year of the Horse.

We first got a look at the two shoes that make up the CLOT x adidas Year of the Horse Collection over a month ago, but now, we’ve got an editorial shoot for not only the sneakers, but a matching clothing capsule and editorial shoot complete with horses and stables.

The shoes from the pack feature a Superstar Dress Shoe covered in white, brown, and black horse hair, with a hard bottom sole, cream shell-toe, and tassel laces to complete the western look. The second silhouette is the Chinese slipper-inspired Qi Flow in black, made of soft fabric with a knot closure system and an espadrille stitched sole underfoot.

The CLOT x adidas Year of the Horse Collection will be released January 31, 2026 through CLOT, adidas, and select retailers in-store and online. Available in unisex sizing, the retail prices are set at $140 for the Qi Flow and $500 for the Superstar Dress Shoe.
