The Best NFL Cleats from Week 2
Published
After two Monday night games, week 2 of the 2025 NFL season has wrapped up. Of course, with the season now in full swing, players from across the league are looking to flex as they enter stadiums and take the gridiron. We’ve been keeping a close eye on the footwear choices of players from all 32 teams, and in tandem with our roundup of the best tunnel fits each week, we have to show love to the on-field cleats worn across the league.
Below, we’ve spotlighted our starting 11 for the best cleats worn during week 2 of the 2025 NFL season. Check back every Tuesday to see who makes the list each week.
Bobby Wagner

In the Washington Commanders L against the Green Bay Packers, veteran linebacker Bobby Wagner took the field in a player-exclusive Air Jordan 11 cleat. Wagner has long rocked the Jordan 11 on the field, and he even has a handful of Commanders-themed AJ 11s in his locker.
Adam Thielen

Wide receiver Adam Thielen didn’t really show out much in the Minnesota Vikings' loss to the Atlanta Falcons, as he only had two receptions for 26 total yards. However, he did show out in the cleat department as he laced up a Vikings-friendly purple and gold Air Jordan 1 Low TD cleat.
Dak Prescott

Jordan Brand signed Dak Prescott to a five-year deal back in July 2021, making him the only active QB (at the time) to officially be team Jumpman in the NFL. Since then, we’ve seen the Cowboys captain take the field in various Air Jordans, choosing a pair of Jordan 11s in Cowboys colors that feature his number 4 on the heel for the nailbiter win against the New York Giants.
Bucky Irving

It was pretty easy to spot Tampa Bay Bucs RB Bucky Irving on the field in last night’s W against the Houston Texans. He chose a pair of Nike Kobe 5-inspired cleats, which happen to look quite similar to the Caitlin Clark x Nike Kobe 5 Protro expected to release next year.
Devin White

Air Jordan 3s aren’t the most common sight to see on the gridiron, but Las Vegas Raiders linebacker Devin White chose a rare pair for his game against the Chargers. He sported a cleated version of reggaeton superstar J. Balvin’s Air Jordan 3 Retro Rio.
Jalen Hurts

Love, Hurts. Well, if you’re a fan of any team in the NFC East other than the Philadelphia Eagles, that phrase probably doesn’t apply to you. Still, we all have to admit just how great Jalen Hurts is on the field, but for our purposes, we’re interested in his deal with Jordan Brand. Fresh off the release of his latest Love, Hurts clothing collection, Jalen took the field against the Kansas City Chiefs wearing Air Jordan 4 Retro White Cement TDs in the Super Bowl LIX rematch.
Justin Jefferson

Jetta is now a member of the 99 overall club in Madden 26, with the Minnesota Vikings WR1 getting a custom gold Louis Vuitton-inspired cleat from Under Armour last week. While he didn’t lace these up for week 1 action, he did take the field against the Falcons in a golden pair of faux snakeskin Under Armour cleats
Steffon Diggs

It still doesn’t feel right to see Steffon Diggs not in a Bills uniform, but we’ve got to accept that he’s now rocking the Patriots navy, grey, and red each week. Perfectly coordinated with the Pats' unis in their win against the Miami Dolphins is a player-exclusive pair of Nike Kobe 6 Protro Cleats.
Keenan Allen

Keenan Allen decided to pay homage to one of the best basketball sneakers of the 2010s, the Nike KD 4, with his pair of custom cleats. The color scheme is done in the Chargers' yellow and blue that could easily be mistaken for the Scoring Title colorway.
Keon Coleman

Kobe Bryant-themed cleats continue with Keon Coleman lacing up a pair of custom Nike Kobe 5 Protro X-Ray cleats. The actual basketball sneaker hit shelves in October last year, with the colorway inspired by the iconic T-shirt of Kobe’s broken hand x-ray with his championship rings
Kyler Murray

The Arizona Cardinals took the W on Sunday against the Carolina Panthers, with Cardinals QB Kyler Murray throwing for 220 yards in the victory. He also laced up a special pair of Nike Dunk Low cleats that come with personal branding. If it looks familiar, you’re probably remembering the Vapor Edge Dunk and Be 1 Of One Dunk Low that dropped in 2023, both of which feature similar branding details.
