February is the month of the Bunny. The new month arrived on Sunday, and Bad Bunny kicked it off with a bang, taking home three Grammys, including a trophy for album of the year for his record Debí Tirar Más Fotos, marking the first time a Spanish-language album has ever received the honor. At the same time Benito was accepting his awards with a speech calling for ICE to get out of American cities, adidas added more hype to his big month, showing off official photos of the Resilience colorway of the BadBo 1.0, Bad Bunny’s first signature shoe, and shock-dropping a Brown version of the model the morning after.

The adidas BadBo 1.0 Resilience is covered in stacks of cream and grey suede and leather with a slick one-piece toebox and triangular overlay cutouts on the side panels. Blue accents are added on the tongue and heel branding and “adidas para Bad Bunny” co-branding on the insoles. With Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl halftime show coming up next week, the rollout of the shoe slotting snuggly between the Grammys and the Big Game is a perfect fit.

The grey and cream Resilience colorway is a direct callback to Bad Bunny’s Puerto Rican heritage and the island’s rebuilding after Hurricane Maria. These days, with the presence of ICE and Border Patrol running military-style operations in American cities, Bad Bunny’s political messages have gotten stronger, including a speech decrying ICE during last night’s Grammys. Attention is now turned towards America’s biggest stage, the Super Bowl, to see what Bad Bunny does next week. No doubt, the show will include themes of resilience.

The adidas BadBo 1.0 Resilience will release February 2026 through adidas and select retailers online and in-store. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $160. To keep up with all the latest Bad Bunny adidas news and drop info, download the Sole Retriever mobile app.
