A Ma Maniere’s WYWS Nike Air Force 1 Gets Six New Colorways For Summer 2026

One of Nike’s most prolific retail partnerships of the last decade is with James Whitner’s The Whitaker Group, and more specifically, the retail conglomerate's luxury arm of A Ma Maniere. They’ve been able to infuse storytelling into their footwear designs like no other, illustrating tales of the African-American experience into the campaigns surrounding their collections with Nike and Jordan Brand. Last year, AMM introduced us to the While You Were Sleeping collection, celebrating its 10th anniversary with multiple sneakers from Nike, Converse, and Jordan Brand. The Air Force 1 design has continued on since that initial drop, launching in a clean Triple White and Triple Black variant. However, A Ma Maniere will be revisiting the WYWS AF1 design for Summer 2026 with six new colorways.
The first thing that pops into your mind when you think “A Ma Maniere color palette” is the burgundy, ashy violet that has become synonymous with the brand’s sneaker collabs. Yes, that is still present here, but there’s also a welcome introduction of some more vibrant primary colors like university red and laser orange. Other colors, like green stone, violet ore, and diffused blue, have been used on previous A Ma Maniere collabs, like the Air Ship, Air Max 95, and Air Jordan 3, respectively. There’s also a canyon purple rendition, the same purple used on the upcoming Air Jordan 11 Mojave and a previously released women’s exclusive Air Jordan 4.
Pairs pictured here are speculative mock-ups based on the color code of each sneaker. All six pairs should come with the same colorblocking, featuring a primary shade, a secondary accent close to the primary, and summit white on the rest of the sneaker. Other details from the original WYWS collab should also be present, like the A Ma Maniere text on the midsole, A Ma Maniere logo on the heel tab, premium leather uppers, and custom lace dubraes.
The A Ma Maniere x Nike Air Force 1 WYWS Collection will be released Summer 2026 through The Whitaker Group storefronts like A Ma Maniere, APB, Social Status, and Jaide. The pack may also see a release through Nike SNKRS, but that’s not confirmed at this time. Each pair is priced at $150.
