A Ma Maniere celebrated its 10th Anniversary in 2024 with a collection of sneakers under the Nike Inc. banner: the While You Were Sleeping Collection. Included in this were releases from Jordan Brand, Converse, and Nike Sportswear, the latter seeing one of this year’s best Air Force 1 Low releases in a clean sesame color scheme. Now, official images of an all-black version of this pair have emerged online.
Like the Sesame colorway, and unlike A Ma Maniere’s iconic Hand Wash Cold F&F Air Force 1, the pair comes with a premium tumbled leather upper across its paneling. This is all coated in a stark black shade, with AMM adding various high-end features to the model. First, the Swoosh comes with a secondary leather panel, contrasting the black upper with a white finish, while we see silver metallic lace dubraes feature Nike branding on the right shoe and A Ma Maniere’s A logo on the left.

James Whitner’s boutique also tweaks the construction of the sneaker in multiple places, changing the perforations on the toebox to represent the A Ma Maniere “A” logo, adding its name below the Nike Air text on the debossed leather tongue tag, and integrating the A logo into the sockliner and insole. Back on the heel, another instance of the A logo is present, while the rubber sole unit below replaces the AIR text on the lateral side with the A Ma Maniere text in a white finish. Finishing the design is the clear rubber outsole.
