Although LaMelo Ball, alongside most of the NBA, is awaiting the start of the next NBA season, he and his partners at Puma are still working on the Puma MB line of performance basketball products. We’ll likely have to wait till the start of the 2025-2026 NBA campaign before we get the MB.05 (which did appear in early imagery back in December 2024). However, the fourth model, the MB.04, has begun to appear in low-top form. Following the debut Alien Skin colorway, the model comes in a clean Ice White.
The standard MB.04’s 4D alien tentacle-inspired TPU overlays are removed in favor of a wavy engineered mesh base in a crispy white shade. Tonal white lands on the eyestays, lace set, tongue, and embroidered Formstrip on the midfoot. Branding details for LaMelo Ball find a home on the leather paneling of the tongue and heel tab, the latter featuring an updated construction that hosts his phoenix wing emblem. Finishing the sneaker is the white foam midsole and tonal white outsole.
The Puma MB.04 Low Ice White will release on June 20, 2025, through Puma and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is $115.
