Rihanna’s influence in fashion stretches far beyond the world of luxury. She famously worked with Puma in the 2010s. After ditching the partnership for a few years, she returned to the German sportswear label in 2023. Since then, we’ve seen a handful of releases across the Creeper silhouette and the soccer-inspired Puma Avanti, with the latter getting another drop to kick off 2025.
Reworking the Avanti silhouette to be more in line with the Puma King, a soccer cleat poised for a comeback in 2025, the model comes with vintage soccer-inspired details. A premium nubuck upper is coated in a team royal hue, with tonal stitching details leaning into retro cleats. Another nod to this comes via the long folded tongue, featuring golden Fenty and Puma branding that matches the logo found on the midfoot. Puma remains in the center of the silhouette with a large formstrip in cream suede.
