Japanese sneaker retailer mita sneakers has a deep-rooted history in Japan’s sneaker scene. They’ve had their hands in some of the most iconic sneaker collabs to come from the archipelago, and even decades removed from the golden era of mita sneakers’ projects, they’re still pushing new ones. Next up is a project with On Running.
Tackling the On Cloud 6 Coast silhouette, mita sneakers apply a clean black, red, and grey color palette to the sneaker. The model’s two-way design is still present, allowing you to wear it like traditional footwear or to push the heel down to make it a slip-on. Speed-lacing allows quick adjustments on the fly, while the breathable mesh base provides optimal airflow.
