Nike’s latest hit silhouette, the Pegasus Premium, came out of nowhere. While marketed initially toward the running community as the top-of-the-line entry in the Peg family, the streetwear and fashion scenes have taken a liking to the silhouette because of the comfort and design. Sneakerheads may find even more of a reason to like the latest Peg Premium since it features a reverse Swoosh logo on its upper.
Not affiliated with Travis Scott (or Dennis Rodman, who technically was the first person to apply a reverse Swoosh to a Nike sneaker), this Pegasus Premium proudly displays large “RUN” text alongside a reverse Swoosh on the lateral side of the upper. This is rendered in black, allowing the platinum tint circular knit upper to shine through. Tonal hues move across the upper onto the perforated tongue, sockliner, and heel, while the medial side removes the typical Zoom Air text for a deteriorated black Swoosh.
