CeeDee Lamb and the Dallas Cowboys hope this next season will finally be the year the franchise can win a Super Bowl, something they haven’t achieved since 1996. As one of the top receivers in the entire NFL, Lamb is, of course, sponsored by Nike, which even used the former Oklahoma Sooner in marketing campaigns for last year’s Nike Kobe 6 Protro Grinch cleat. Now, Lamb is getting the Nike Zoom Vapor Pro 1 colorway.
On the base of this cleat, CeeDee Lamb applies a faux snakeskin finish in varying green and black hues, accented by pops of volt green and metallic silver. This metallic silver lands on the Swoosh logo, embellished with volt green graphics atop the logo and on the outline. Moving up, we see more hits of this green shade on the lace set, contrasting with the black collar and pull tab.
Inspiration for the color scheme comes from CeeDee’s long-lasting connections with family, friends, and the next generation of athletes, specifically saluting his way of life. It’s also a direct reference to his affinity for the word slime, another way to refer to a close friend or family member. Lamb wore these cleats earlier in the 2024-2025 NFL season against the Carolina Panthers, but was told to remove them at halftime so he wouldn’t receive a fine for violating the NFL’s uniform policy.
The CeeDee Lamb x Nike Zoom Vapor Pro 1 Slime will release on June 11, 2025, through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s and GS sizing, the retail price is set at $150 and $47, respectively.
