The sneaker and streetwear boutique space has gone through plenty of cycles, but at some point, the catch-all stores like Undefeated and Union gave way to niche stores with a skate shop model, with Metalwood in LA slinging golf gear, Home Run holding it down in Brooklyn for the graff heads, and shops like Distance pulling up for the growing world of running obsessives.
Distance is the latest running shop to collab with Nike Running, teaming up with The Swoosh for a new colorway of the Vomero Plus. The French brand with roots in Japan and Denmark picks up the pace of the sneaker market’s continued running collab push, this time in a clean mix of white and black with Volt green accents.

The Distance x Nike Vomero Plus starts with white textured fabric on the upper, with waves of black denim rippling across the side panels to the heel. The same two-tone mix is added to the midsole, with white on the outside and black on the inside like a reverse Oreo. Volt green pops on the Swoosh, outsole, and laces, with Distance co-branding on the laces, tongue logo, and the lateral heel of the midsole.
The Distance x Nike Vomero Plus will be released Fall 2026 through Nike and select retailers in-store and online. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $190. For all the latest Nike Running news and drop info, download the Sole Retriever App.
