Giannis Antetokounmpo's signature sneaker line with Nike expanded to its seventh silhouette, the Giannis Freak 7, earlier this year. Bearing a striking resemblance to the Night Shift that dropped back in August, a brand-new Double Take rendition has just appeared.
Antetokounmpo’s partnership with Nike has been one of the most successful athlete collaborations in recent memory. Since launching his first signature sneaker back in 2019, the Greek Freak has continued to bridge the gap between performance and personality. Each new model pushes the envelope in both innovation and storytelling, often paying homage to his family, heritage, and relentless drive on and off the court.
For this edition, the upper is built from sleek black mesh and textured sail overlays, while a vibrant luminous green Swoosh hits the sidewalls – a visual nod to his explosive energy on the hardwood. Underfoot, Cushlon 3.0 foam teams up with an internal molded cage for optimal responsiveness and lockdown, keeping you light, fast, and stable when you’re slicing through defenders with Freak-like precision.
