A’ja Wilson is about to drop her first Nike signature sneaker, the Nike A’One. Alongside the Pink A’ura colorway will be a similarly shaded Nike Calm Slide, but there are plans for even more off-the-court releases from Wilson. On top of her ReactX Rejuven8, slated for Summer 2025, A’ja and Nike will launch a Rush Red version of the Calm Slide.
The Calm Slide retains its foam-based construction, with A'ja applying a gradient pattern to the slide. A dark black hits the toe, transitioning into red near the midfoot then into electric yellow near the heel. A'ja logos are present on the heel tab, featuring her signature, while the footbed features a Swoosh embossed into the textured foam.
Final branding details visible on the upper are found on the lateral side of the slide, as a mini Swoosh is debossed into the forefoot strap. Underfoot sits a black and yellow rubber outsole directly borrowed from the Flyknit AF1, with the semi-translucent rubber used in the center revealing A'ja's signature in black.
The A’ja Wilson x Nike Calm Slide Rush Red W will release on July 18, 2025, through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in women’s sizing, the retail price is $55.
