When it comes to performance basketball models, Nike is often considered king. The brand’s dominance extends from signature athletes, usually the top talent in the NBA, to inline models that push the boundaries of design. One of Nike Basketball’s newest performance basketball models, the GT Cut 3, will continue its reign as one of the best models on the market into the new year with a brand-new Psychic Pink colorway set to launch on New Year’s Day.
The upper comprises a mixture of suede, textile, and synthetic materials. It is doused in vibrant pink and coral shades, featuring the titular shade on the textile and synthetic midfoot panel. This same hue extends over to the lace set and sockliner.
Nike GT Cut 3 Psychic Pink
The suede paneling of the toebox and tongue comes in a coral finish. Grounding the vibrant color palette, which extends to the mesh on the heel, the collar, and the pull-tab, are black and metallic silver hits. The latter of the two lines the black Swoosh and the former, is featured on the TPU guard for reinforcement on the lateral toe.
Down below, the model comes packed with technology and cushioning. Within the gradient black-to-pink midsole sits ZoomX cushioning, debuted in performance basketball models with the GT Cut 3 and a grippy wiper blade-inspired traction pattern on the black and pink rubber outsole.
