It can be hard for brands to survive in the streetwear space, so every anniversary is a reason to celebrate. In 2010, Patta teamed up with Nike to drop a collection of Air Max 1 anniversary colorways, expanding a partnership that started in 2009 with a pair of Air Max 90s. Now, 17 years later, Patta is still on Nike’s preferred collab roster with a wavy Air Max 1 legacy, a new set of collabs this year, and a lucky retro pair on a revival run.
Rumors are swirling across the industry about a return of the Patta x Nike Air Max 1 Lucky Green next year, but with the pair still more than half a year out, we’re still looking at the 2010 pair to remember. In 2024, Patta and Nike dropped a retro of the Chlorophyll pair from the same 2010 pack, suggesting we might get retros of the Denim and Purple Denim pairs from the 5th anniversary collection if we wait long enough.

Featuring a black denim and mesh upper, the colorway brings four-leaf clover energy to the accents, with bright green on the top two eyelets, lace tips, tongue tag, and Patta script logo on the heel. The midsole switches to white before returning to black on the outsole to round out the simple but effective collab.
According to SneakerMarketRO, the Patta x Nike Air Max 1 Lucky Green retro will be released Spring 2027, through Patta and Nike in-store and online. For all the latest Nike collab news and drop info, download the Sole Retriever App.
