Over LeBron James’ illustrious NBA career, we’ve seen the legend release over twenty different sneakers with Nike (not including his multiple takedown sneakers). Themes from his early releases have become integral parts of the Nike LeBron legacy, such as the Dunkman iteration. First appearing on the LeBron 2, this grey and green color palette that often showcases LeBron’s Dunkman logo derived from one of his earliest highlight reel dunks is being applied to the latest mainline LeBron sneaker — the Nike LeBron 22.
A light silver-grey steel color scheme is applied to the upper, with a marbled-like effect applied to the paneling. Of course, no Dunkman model is complete without including LeBron’s silhouette, reserved for the medial midsole shank in vapor green. Moving up from here, we see metallic gold hits on the eyelets, hosting a set of tonal laces and resting below the XX2 branding window.
