July is the season of All-Stars. Major League Baseball is sending its best to Philly next week, and just a week and a half later, the WNBA’s finest are heading to Chicago for their own mid-season showcase. But while baseball cleats are hard to sell at retail, Nike is already gearing up to drop a collection for its WNBA superstars, including a new pair of Kobe 3 Protros.
The Nike Kobe 3 Protro WNBA All-Star follows a first look at a Kobe Dunk Low colorway also made for the occasion, but a basketball event deserves at least one true performance basketball silhouette. After all, Nike went bonkers celebrating last season’s NBA All-Star Game, so it's only fair they do the same for the WNBA in July.

The WNBA All-Star Kobe 3 Protro colorway features a mix of Sail white and Hot Punch pink gradient across the entire upper. Starting with Sail on the toebox, the net-inspired side panels, and the midsole, the side panels add a flood of Hot Punch that starts lighter at the front and gets darker towards the heel. An iridescent metallic panel is added to the heel to match the tongue logo for a bit of extra All-Star shine.
The Nike Kobe 3 Protro WNBA All-Star will be released Fall 2026, likely around the end of July when the WNBA All-Star festivities take place, through Nike and select retailers in-store and online. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $190. For all the latest Nike Kobe and WNBA news and drop info, download the Sole Retriever App.
