Nike Leans Into the Jagged Shark Tooth Theme on the Ja 4 for a Jaws Colorway

Ja Morant is ready to reset next season. After a rough go of it last year, the Memphis star is ready for a refresh on the court, and it's coming with a brand new pair of signature Nikes. The Nike Ja 4 is here to follow up on the popular Ja 3, and after a few early previews of a Green Goblin pair, the new silhouette is adding another colorway for the fall.

We’re Gonna Need a Bigger Boat

The Nike Ja 4 Jaws takes its name from the iconic 1975 shark movie, though not an official collab with the film, and makes a perfect match for the jagged shark tooth design features of the Ja 4. The Ja 4 features two different shark tooth features on the upper, one on the vamp, and the other on the “A” of the JA monogram support on the side panel.

On the Jaws colorway, the Ja 4 starts with a water blue upper on the armored one-piece toebox and heel paneling. The gradient colorway starts lighter on the toe and evolves into a darker shade at the ankle, with an even darker shiny blue on the JA monogram. Finally, a shark mouth logo is added to the tongue for a true movie poster reference.

Nike Ja 4 Jaws Release Details

The Nike Ja 4 Jaws will be released Fall 2026 through Nike and select retailers in-store and online. Available in adult and grade school sizing, the retail price is set at $140 for adult pairs and $115 for the kids' sizes.
