The Nike Ja 3 Gets A Team Friendly Black and White Colorway

Ja Morant’s time with the Memphis Grizzlies has come to a close. The electric point guard leaves behind quite the legacy on Beale Street. He earned Rookie of the Year, Most Improved, and was named an All-Star twice, as well as All-NBA during his seven-year tenure with the team. That isn’t even touching on his massively successful signature sneaker line that’s set to add a takedown model soon. Before heading off on the Oregon Trail to Portland, Ja is saying goodbye to the Nike Ja 3 with a handful of team bank colorways.

Nike Ja 3 TB Black White Details

The Nike Ja 3 TB White Black brings a zebra-esque look to the silhouette that could be a perfect match for a Trail Blazers home jersey. The silhouette kicks off with a breathable white mesh upper that carries over onto the laces, tongue, and sockliner. The model’s black stripes are formed by a multitude of TPU pieces shaped like miniature versions of Ja’s chevron logo. On the lateral side, the stripes flow together to form ‘JA’ in the negative space.

A reflective silver Swoosh shapes the J on the lateral side, and the medial side features a silver Swoosh graphic in the normal orientation, but without the mirror material. The ZoomX midsole features a semi-translucent white base covered with the black Ja logos that help to create the striped silhouette. The “Twelve” branding on the heel, Ja’s logo on the tongue, and his signature on the vamp complete the team-friendly look.
