Nike continues digging into the Dunk Low archive with yet another retro from 2020 returning. The Nike Dunk Low SP Veneer will return in 2024. This sneaker was initially launched in 2001 as a part of the CO.JP exclusives alongside the Plum and Ceramic colorways. The pair will join a long list of releases like St. Johns, Brazil, and Plum set for another comeback.
The Nike Dunk Low SP Veneer keeps its charm intact, returning with the same SKU as the 2020 retro. Meaning the pair's construction and colorblocking match the original's. The green suede panels on the mudguard, eyestays, and heel offer a vibrant contrast to the softer brown shades. These hues are seen on the suede toebox, quarter panel, mesh collar, and tongue. Flashes of purple from the lace set, Nike branding on the tongue, suede Nike Swoosh, and the suede heel tab infuse a playful vibrancy into the design. A classic white Dunk midsole and a purple rubber outsole complete the look.
The Nike Dunk Low SP Veneer will release on April 25, 2024, at select retailers online and in-store. A release via Nike and the SNKRS app will follow on April 27. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $115.
