The Dunk is coming back to Nike’s collab collection before the year is out. After largely ditching the Dunk for the Air Force 1 in recent years, following a boon for the silhouette during the pandemic, the Dunk is returning to the hype cycle with help from Chris Gibbs and the team at Union Los Angeles.
The Union x Nike Dunk Collection has been on our radar all year, but we only saw a small preview of the Off Noir colorway in up-close photos. Posted by LAAMS owner Scott Selvin, the second pair features a monochrome tan-brown colorway in Bamboo with yellow accents across the upper.
We can’t see much from the in-box preview, but with a monochrome base and minor graphic details, we’ve got a pretty good sense of the shoe already. Starting with a Bamboo-colored suede upper, the colorway adds yellow zig-zag stitching to the lower section of the lace panel, and on the tongue next to a Union logo, a bit like Bad Bunny’s adidas signature or the recent Hartcopy adidas collabs. A second set of photos reveals that the heel is deconstructed and collapsible, allowing you to step into the sneaker and turning it into a mule of sorts.
The Union x Nike Dunk Bamboo will be released Fall 2026 through Union and, potentially, through Nike and select retailers in-store and online. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $135. For all the latest Nike collab news and drop info, download the Sole Retriever App.
