The first half of the 2020s in sneakers will be defined by many things, including the hype around the simple Panda Dunk. Nike pumped out the sneaker for years, and now it’s readily available for purchase (at a discount at that). Even still, we are expecting a new “version” of the sneaker next year alongside a new Reverse Panda colorway that has just appeared online.
Inverting the black-and-white color scheme of the Panda Dunk, this Reverse Panda 2.0 sees a slight change to the upper compared to the standard Reverse Panda. While the white leather along the mudguard, eyestays, and heel overlay remains faithful to the original, we see a new accent on the Swoosh, which takes on a grey suede finish. Black details are featured on the toebox, midfoot panel, collar, and nylon tongue. Instead of featuring white Nike text on the tongue tag, Nike opts for a light armory blue finish. However, the branding embroidered onto the white heel tab has a tonal white finish. Finishing the design is the white rubber midsole paired with a black rubber outsole.
The Nike Dunk Low Reverse Panda 2.0 will release in Spring 2025 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is $115.
