The Nike Dunk Low has been a canvas for creative expression and cultural celebration for years. As we approach Spring 2024, Nike is set to release the Dunk Low Remastered in a Year of the Dragon colorway, adding a new chapter to Nike and Jordan Brand's extensive collection celebrating the Chinese New Year. This includes notable designs like the Ja 1, Air Jordan 1 Low, and GT Hustle 2.
This Year of the Dragon Dunk Low Remastered stands out with its unique blend of textures and cultural references. The design parallels the Air Force 1 Low from the same collection, incorporating Chinese-inspired tags and a miniature Swoosh on the midfoot for an extra touch of detail. The sneaker features grey leather overlays that beautifully contrast against a sail-colored base.
The midfoot showcases a striking jade faux reptile skin Swoosh, enhancing the shoe's aesthetic appeal. Additional details include a Nike-branded tag on the Swoosh and a "Just Do It" label on the tongue, adorned with a reptile skin graphic, further embracing the theme. Beneath, the Dunk Low Remastered's sole unit is equipped with Zoom Strobel cushioning, providing modern comfort while encapsulated in a classic rubber sole.
The Nike Dunk Low Remastered Year of the Dragon W will release in Spring 2024, through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in women's sizing, the retail price has yet to be announced. Keep it locked to the Sole Retriever mobile app for the latest updates on this release and more in the sneaker world.
