2022 marks the 20th Anniversary of the first-ever dunk in WNBA history. It happened on July 30, 2002, by Hall Of Famer Lisa Leslie while playing for the Los Angeles Sparks. In honor of this huge milestone, Nike is set to drop the Dunk Low Lisa Leslie. Seen here, the sneaker comes in an LA Sparks-themed purple and gold. Sporting an all-leather upper with purple overlays, gold underlays, and a teal Swoosh on the sides. Leslie’s uniform number 9 is embroidered on the heels.
The Nike Dunk Low Lisa Leslie W is set to release on July 9, 2022. It will drop at Nike as well as select retailers in-store and online. Coming in women’s sizes, retail is set at $130.
