Thanks to James Gunn's recent reboot, Superman might be the superhero that everyone's talking about right now. But the upcoming Nike Air Max 95 OG Batman is here to bring The Dark Knight back into the spotlight. While it's not an official collaboration with DC Comics, the inspiration is crystal clear. Designed for sneakerheads and comic book fans alike, make sure you read on to find out everything that there is to know.
The first thing that you'll notice about this Air Max 95 is that it's dark, moody, and stealthy, just like the man that it's named after. Constructed from a premium mix of mesh, leather, and nubuck, this pair is built to survive even the toughest nights in Gotham City. Thick rope laces add a rugged, tactical vibe, while Buff Gold accents across the upper nod to Batman’s iconic utility belt, where he stashes all his crime-fighting gear.

Down below, the chunky midsole is blacked out to match the murdered-out aesthetic. But instead of the standard Air setup, Nike has fitted this release with Big Bubble Air units, delivering upgraded comfort and cushioning around the clock. And for the final touch, reflective 3M accents are scattered throughout, so you can shine bright – even in the shadows.
Of course, this isn't the first Batman-coded Air Max 95 we've seen. Back in 2019, Nike dropped a similarly themed pair that flew off shelves in seconds. So if you missed out on that release, consider this the ultimate second chance.
The Nike Air Max 95 OG Batman is set to release in Fall 2025. It will be available at Nike and select retailers online and in-store with a retail price of $190.
