The Air Max 95 is at its best in grey. From the classic Neon and Comet 95s to endless collab colorways and inline remixes, the wavy 95 panels have always looked perfect in subtle shades of cloudy cement. As the 31-year-old silhouette continues its recent ubiquity, Nike is keeping up its focus on the big bubble construction with a mix of black and grey that verges on icy blue.
The Nike Air Max 95 Big Bubble Cool Grey starts with black nubuck on the T-toe and bottom strip of the wavy side panel. From there, the side panel gradient gets progressively lighter, moving to black and then grey leather as it stretches towards the steel grey mesh at the top of the upper and the blueish grey tongue and laces.

The lace loops are steel blue and black two-tone with a reflective silver addition on the lace stabilizer. More icy blue is added to the mini heelside Swoosh on the lateral side, plus the Air Max bubbles breaking up the black midsole. After a year full of Air Max 95 releases to celebrate the shoe’s 30th anniversary in 2025, the silhouette is still a strong feature of the Nike catalog in 2026, with more endlessly wearable colorways like this Cool Grey gradient on the way.
The Nike Air Max 95 Big Bubble Cool Grey will be released Spring 2026 through Nike and select retailers in-store and online. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $190. For all the latest Nike Air Max news, download the Sole Retriever mobile app.
