With three WNBA MVPs, two WNBA championships, two Olympic gold medals, and much more under her belt, A’ja Wilson has long been heralded as one of the greatest WNBA players. She’s had the spotlight on her since entering the league in 2018, but she now can check off signature sneakers on her list of accolades as she launched her Nike A’One model earlier this year. Next up for the model is a colorway dubbed Unapologetic, representing her motto, "Always Be Unapologetically You."
Coated in a purple, violet, and magenta mixture, this A'One is primarily in pink hues across its base. Here, the pearl-inspired layered upper starts in a light violet shade that turns into a solid pink as you move outwards. Metallic Gold shines on the midfoot Swoosh, the A'ja logo on the tongue, and her signature on the heel.
Past the base layer, the rest of the sneaker is done in purple, as seen on the leather eyelets and tongue, as well as the mesh sockliner and heel. Two-tone purple and pink laces run through the eyestays, including two rendered in a contrasting teal hue, and stop near a custom star logo debossed into the top punch-out. Final details include the golden logos embroidered on the inside of the tongue, which are recreations of A’ja’s tattoos for her mom and dad, a pink midsole with a metallic gradient on the TPU bezel, and a tonal purple outsole.
The Nike A’One Unapologetic W releases August 8, 2025, through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in women’s and GS sizing, the retail price is $115 and $90, respectively.
