Music fans and artists know all too well that you can’t hide anything from Nardwuar, the Canadian journalist who has done video interviews with an array of huge names in the industry. The Human Serviette has been at this job for decades, earning the praise of interviewees for his extensive research and eccentric interview style, but he’s now entering the world of footwear. Marking his first collaborative sneaker releases, Nardwuar is teaming up with Nike SB to launch his Nike SB Dunk Low in Holiday 2025.
Nardwuar's tam o' shanter hat, which he so famously wears in all of his interviews, directly inspires the colorway for his Nike SB Dunk Low. The plaid-like pattern is applied across the entire silhouette, and his catch phrase that he often tries to get artists to finish, "doot doola doot doo… doot do!,” lands on the heel tab and toe of the sole unit.
