This Black New Balance Andrew Reynolds 933 is Ready for Winter Skate Sessions

Okay, so maybe Reynolds is an unrealistic standard to hold yourself to, but with this new pair of black suede 933s, you can channel the Boss's energy into your next sesh.

The New Balance Numeric Andrew Reynolds 933 Black Gum is a classic blend of black, white, and gum brown, perfect for matching all-black outfits and jackets on cold-weather skate sessions. The suede, pebbled leather, and mesh construction add a few shading changes to the all-black upper, with a white outline on the side panel “N” logo and white reinforced stitching on the lace panels serving as the only contrast. The midsole is blacked out just like the upper, but the outsole with a runner's toe that pops up on the front of the shoe gets a gum brown color to break things up a bit.

Reynolds, lovingly nicknamed The Boss, is a legend decades deep in the skate industry. The owner of Baker Skateboards, Reynolds rode for Emerica shoes for most of his career, but found his way to New Balance as he aged into a need for more comfortable sneakers. Extending New Balance’s premium 9xx line into the Numeric skate label, Reynolds and NB created one of the most cushioned and abrasion-resistant skate shoes in the industry.
